The system continuously logs important parameters of the drying process (crop moisture content, temperature, drying air volume and temperature, amount of dried crop, etc.).

In addition, the temperature status of the drying equipment is recorded, which graphically stores the temperature distribution of the drying modules of the equipment in the form of a heat map. This information can be viewed retrospectively and provides information on the even operation of the dryer.

By reviewing the data, the user can check the correct operation and, if necessary, initiate intervention in the drying process.

In case of exceeding the pre-set temperature alarm threshold or other critical malfunctions, the system sends an immediate notification to the user's mobile device, alerting them to the need for immediate intervention.

You can also view the logbook of the equipment, which contains all the information related to its operation (processes currently running, settings, error messages, etc.)

The app offers viewing and downloading of the dryer's operation and maintenance instructions, the control software manual and other documents. HETECH helps with manufacturer/customer communication by displaying newsletters and system messages.
