A system to check and indicate the temperature of the grain stored in the silobin. The continuous monitoring of the stored grain temperature is a very important duty as any damage or impairment of the grain produces rise of the grain temperature. For temperature monitoring various systems can be used from the manual thermometers up to the built-in temperature sensors. Up-to-date temperature control systems monitor and record the temperature data. Vertical grain storage plants (silobins) are usually equipped with built-in temperature sensor cables. Depending on the diameter and height of the silobins there are 1 or more cables hanging in the bin, equipped with 5-8 temperature sensors by cables.
